Since Studeo Realty was founded in 1995, we have been going above and beyond to support our clients. Whether it's their first home, or building a portfolio of investment properties, we will stop at nothing to make sure our clients achieve their home ownership goals.

We've grown significantly since our inception. We now boast 7 offices in the GTA and have contacts across North America for our clients looking to relocate out of the Toronto area. Our business has grown because we take care of our clients and treat them like family.

Jane is one of the original 4 partners and one of the faces of the brand. Graduated (with honours) with a B.A. from Western University, Jane started her real estate career over 25 years ago.

Understanding your wants and needs as a buyer is paramount. We take the time to discuss your unique situation and answer any questions you may have. Then we guide you through the mortgage prequalification process so that you know exactly what you can afford before you start viewing homes.
Your agent will set up an automatic daily report so you can see every new home on the market that fits your criteria, and will also highlight listings they think have extra potential. Any property you'd like to tour, your agent will work to accommodate your schedule and ensure you can see the property in a timely manner.
Once you've found the home of your dreams, your agent will advise you on offer strategy and will communicate with the listing agent until there is a resolution. After an offer is accepted, your agent will work with you all the way through to closing to ensure you are prepared for every step in the process.

Neighborhood Profile - Riverdale

Riverdale is a relaxed residential part of the east end that overlaps somewhat with the western boundaries of Danforth-Greektown. It also borders East Chinatown and Leslieville so you get easy access to all those Toronto neighbourhoods have to offer as well.
Riverdale is lined with Victorian and Edwardian style homes, and Riverdale Park is a hive of activity in the summer months. The park hosts softball games, with running clubs also making use of the area. For those with relaxation in mind, Riverdale Park is a great spot to sit on a grassy banks and take in the amazing views.

Neighborhood Profile - The Beach

A chilled-out neighbourhood home to many middle-class families, you can forget you’re living in one of North America’s largest cities when you’re here. The beachfront is home to 3 kilometres of boardwalk, which gets rather busy in summertime.
The side streets are mostly lined with semi-detached and large-scale Victorian, Edwardian, and new-style houses. There are also low-rise apartment buildings and a few row-houses. The commercial district of Queen St East runs right through the area, with many independent shops and boutiques.
